sticks. It looked kind of fun.

butter, with a Minute Maid juice box for scale.

Brilliant author, Margaret Webb (buy her
epic Canadian food book and CCA Silver winner, Apples to Oysters
here ) and
friend, Keith Everts of
Diamond Willow Range, a
group of seven organic ranching families in
Alberta. Keith is in town to introduce his beef
to Toronto chefs. If you’d like to try it, it’s
already on David Chrystian’s menu at Chez Victor.
